Circle Regulations

Effective from September 23, 2026 · supplements Ezostylia Regulations i Privacy Policy.

1. What are Circles

Circles are a professional network of the Ezostylia community for entrepreneurs, creators, and innovators. We publish business cards for companies and projects, ideas, partner searches, investors, clients, and mentors, successes, and substantive questions for the community.

2. Tone and Content

The tone is serious, substantive, and friendly. Prohibited: spam, content-free advertising, trolling, insults, hate speech, sexual content, violence, 'guaranteed profits,' financial pyramids, memes, and entertainment without value. Content related to harming people or the sexualization of children is automatically and immediately blocked, and accounts may be deleted. Limit: 10 business cards per day, up to 5 of your own circles.

3. Company Data and Responsibility

By publishing a business card, you confirm that you have the right to share the company's/project's name, logo, description, and link, and that the information is true. Contents are public, can be further shared (links, embed), and indexed by search engines. You can edit or delete your business card at any time.

4. Logging in through Social Accounts

By logging in through Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or X, you consent to us retrieving and storing only: your first and last name (display name), profile picture, platform-specific identifier, email address (if the platform provides it), public profile link, and — when linking your account for publication — access token (encrypted, only to publish your business cards at your request). We do not collect friends lists, messages, or third-party data. You can disconnect your account with one click — at which point we will delete that data.

5. Your Rights (GDPR Articles 15–22)

You have the right to access your data, correct it, transfer it (JSON export in profile → 'My Data'), restrict processing, and delete your account and all data ('right to be forgotten') — in your Ezostylia profile. We minimize data: we only process the company/project name, email, or OAuth identifier, photo, description, and what you publish. Passwords are stored only as hashes (bcrypt), connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and sessions expire automatically.

6. Promoting Business Cards

Promotion (1, 2, or 7 days) is a paid service processed through Stripe. A promoted business card will appear at the top of the feed with a 'Recommended' marker. After the promotional period, it returns to its chronological position. Promotion does not exempt you from the rules in section 2 — hiding a business card for violating them does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Moderation

Business cards can be reported; 3 reports will hide the business card for review. Administration may hide, highlight (@Ezostylia), or delete content that violates the regulations. Contact: via the support form in Ezostylia.
