Ezostylia.com is a fully automated spiritual experience. The AI serves as the guide, interpreter, and content creator - without any real-time human intervention.

2. BETA version

The platform is currently in beta. Features may have bugs or limitations.

3. Continuous updates

4. Nature of the platform

Development tools designed for entertainment and education. They do NOT replace medical, psychological, or legal advice.

5. Minimum age 16.

The Service is intended for persons aged 16 or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly process data of younger children.

6. AI transparency (AI Act, Art. 50)

Whenever you talk to a guide, fortune teller, or any other Ezostylia character, you are interacting with an artificial intelligence system, not a human. AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. The AI makes no decisions with legal effects on you.

7. Health, safety and crisis

Content is not a diagnosis or therapy and does not replace contact with a doctor, psychologist, or lawyer. If you are in crisis or your life is at risk, call 112, 116 123 (emotional support), or 116 111 (children and youth). Messages suggesting a crisis automatically trigger safety mode.

8. Payments and coins

Payments are processed by Stripe (one-time purchases, no auto-renewal). Coins and packs are digital content - by starting to use them you consent to immediate performance and may lose the right of withdrawal for the portion already consumed (14-day EU right of withdrawal applies to the unused part). Details in the Terms of Service.

9. Personal data (GDPR)

AI conversations may contain special-category data (Art. 9 GDPR) - we process them only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability (JSON export in your profile), and objection. Details in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

The Warrior Cards, graphics, texts, characters, names, and concepts of Ezostylia are protected by the copyright law of the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union. Copying and distribution without the author's written consent is prohibited. You may share your reading results for private purposes.

11. User responsibility

You use the Service voluntarily and at your own risk, fully aware of the symbolic, artistic, and developmental nature of the content. Decisions about life, health, finances, and legal matters are solely yours.
