With the pendulum — at home
  1. Hold the chain 10–15 cm above your open palm, with your elbow supported.
  2. Calibrate: 'Show me YES', 'Show me NO' — remember the movements.
  3. Ask your question aloud, keeping your mind neutral (don't wish for an answer).
  4. Read the first clear movement. When using the scale, ask: 'Is it above 200?' etc.
